Required for in-person:

1- Large projection screen or TV, preferably centered and above the stage/dais, or at least nearby;

2- Quality sound system for music performance;

3- Ability to connect multimedia via HDMI or USB*

4- Four available audio inputs (two if Peter is remote);

5- Staff familiar with the equipment.

Ideal but not required:

1- Lighting on performers but NOT on the screen.

2- Lectern or music stand

Optional:

1- Ability to sell tickets online;
2- Ability to stream performance to at-home ticket holders.

*It will NOT work to send the multimedia files to run on local equipment. They MUST run on JD’s computer, feeding the signal to your system via HDMI (or Zoom if JD is remote).

Non-Tech Requirements:

1- A site manager/organizer empowered to make decisions for the host, mostly by email;

2- A prominently-placed table or two for book and CD sales.

Once booked, we will collaborate with you on tech details, ticket sales, flyer creation, etc.

Hosts can save money by providing home hospitality, instead of hotel. It is a chance for folks to connect with performers informally, through kitchen-table conversation.
